Directional sign programs are becoming increasingly more popular in areas where rapid growth and development are causing serious problems with illegal and non-compliant signage. Managing a network of sign locations across a large geographic area has been extremely difficult and labor intensive...until now.
The Townsigns Management System™ was designed to alleviate the administrative and operational issues associated with sign program management. We offer a turnkey solution. Without the need to hire additional staff or increase the workload of existing personnel, Townsigns™ allows its users to achieve maximum efficiency and immediately increase the ROI of their sign program.
Your Townsigns™ implementation will allow your customers to easily and quickly locate the appropriate locations for their signs. Customers may visually search a map for pre-approved locations, or search by street/intersection name. Customers are guided through a simple three-step purchase process. The purchase process is a guided transaction, including agreement to specified terms and binding confirmation of said agreement. Each customer has real-time access to all invoices and account information.
The billing module allows designated personnel to easily manage, track and report on invoices. The invoicing process is done automatically and accounting staff have the ability to easily monitor all financial aspects of the directional sign program. The billing module also contains integrated reporting functionality. Your staff can view invoices, transactions, statuses and aging reports for all customers. Integration with Peachtree®, Great Plains® or other accounting software can be a part of your implementation.
The operations module integrates all necessary information, reporting and tasks for the designated operating partner. What we call operating partners in directional sign programs are the people responsible for the physical installation and maintenance of the kiosks and signs. Our customized workflow processes the sale of a sign and assigns the associated tasks to the operating partner in an easy to read, exportable task list. Operators can see sign damage reports and maintenance requests, keep notes on all locations and track progress using this simple interface.
The administrative functionality included in the Townsigns Management System™ allows a designated representative to monitor any and all aspects of program management. A collection of reports and the ability to request specific reports as necessary create an access point for all the important information needed to successfully manage your directional sign program.
