"The HBA of CNM Directional Sign Program is now a key component to our public relations in the Albuquerque area. For years we have been faced with complaints from elected officials, and their constituents, as a result of unsightly bandit signage seemingly littering the streets. Recently, Albuquerque has endured significant growth and at times the bandit sign problem has been difficult to manage. As representatives of our builders’ interests we knew we had to protect the sales generated by directional signage, while working with elected officials to create an alternative. The Directional Sign Program was born. Once the politics of the sign problem were resolved, and our kiosk structures were allowed in city right-of-ways, it was important to create a program that was user friendly for the builders. In my capacity as Director of Government Affairs for the entire region I don’t have time to manage a program of this size and needed a resource that would operate as a total turn key management system. The website created and managed by Townsigns™ was the perfect solution. From the initial design process to consistently meeting the builders’ online needs; the Townsigns™ website far exceeds my expectations. Given the growth in the Albuquerque area, we are faced with managing and organizing over 300 kiosk structures. This could not be accomplished effectively without the Townsigns™ website."

"Directional signage is our #1 traffic driver. With the kiosks in effect, we are
now able to participate in a city-approved program that has a uniform look, while
making it easy for prospective home buyers to get to KB Home communities. The ease
of the website provides an added benefit to the program, allowing us to easily
locate and order from city approved locations."
"The HBA of Central New Mexico's website for kiosk directional signage is a fantasic tool. It enables us to effectively manage our wayfinding signage program to drive traffic to our model parks. The mapping software allows you to pinpoint your needed locations and the accuracy of the information helps you be sure that you have selected the right signs. Other features on the site, such as order history, current sign inventory etc., help you manage the program, have the coverage you need and not overspend."
